sabbatical

Jeremy is home. We have anchored down. got all nesty and achieved that equallibrium that was a little off the last few months. How nice it is to retreat the last few weeks and achieve "normal" again. To walk down stairs and hear the dryer going and know that I didn't do it. really. little things like that make my heart race. It has been full. And it has been good. Here are a few things that makes things great.



Ms. G protecting us from all evil. And protecting herself with a bike helmet. She also wears a watch to make sure these good doings are a timely pursuit.



fixing and riding on a bicycle made for two. Ms. G also played a part in the repairs. Nothing sweeter than a daddy daughter tandem bike.



Hanging out with good friends that have mad sushi making skills.



And heading out on our own couples retreat. Oh, the unplanned adventure we had know idea that was ahead of us.
