This past week I have put a few miles under my belt in only a few short days. I have flown from California to Massachusetts to turn around and fly from Massachusetts to California the next day. I got home packed up the car jumped in and drove to Utah. I have enjoyed the vacation, but am ready for another traveling adventure to head home.
I don't know if Jer and I will ever head back this way to live. But I can't say enough about how I love to visit here. I really don't think I have ever seen a more beautiful place. I drove through Provo canyon up to Park City and was amazed with the beauty. If Utah does end up to be our home I think I would have to live in Heber. I love that town and the view is amazing. I have so many memories of Jer and me in these mountains and lakes and canyons. I love that feeling I get when I come here.
-and I forgot my camera in all my busy packing...lame-

mama's day
I love this day. I wake up and begin by taking off my mantle of motherhood. I keep it close by, as all mom's understand, once it is placed upon you you will never be without it again. So I keep mine close, but it's off my shoulders for one day per year. A day to rejuvenate. A time to breathe deeply and fuel up for the rest of the year. My Mamas' Day started out perfectly. Jer got me an under the counter radio/c.d./Ipod thing, so I could finally get rid of my C.D. player that took up 3/4 of my counter space, and some new tunes to go along with it. When I woke up everyone was awake the music was installed and the dance party was waiting for me to arrive. Now I don't know, but I think Ms. B's robot could put any dance crew to shame. We then went to the Pinnacles. As I have explained before my happiest times are usually outside. I love The Pinnacles...the rocks, waterfall and caves, it's a great time. We drove home right when it was turning into evening so the light was orange, the air was warm, the windows rolled down, good music and good company.
